  • Hello all, wanted to offer a different perspective on a review left by Ann Hua Chew two weeks ago. I am a customer with Jannheal for almost one decade. I am transformed due to her amazing and unique skillfull post lipo treatments to bring out my awesome and confident body shape. I am forever thankful to her In today’s world, there are many unreasonable customers and I will leave for you to judge. On this particular incident, I have clarified with Jann and she shared her side of the story. Recently, Jann had a patient who was in her late 40s. Her scheduled appointment was 630-830pm. However, this patient turned up at 720 and demanded for Jann to make up for the extra time when the customer was late in the first place! I understand as consumers when we go to normal massage spas, this is how we would expect to get treated but please WAKE UP and get your head right. This is not a normal massage place. This is the ONLY authentic post lipo care in Singapore with decades of experience. It is not just the policy, it isn’t fair to the next patient as Jannheal has back to back appointments. In fact, this customer was reminded to be on time as the next customer was at 830pm and her session ended at 830pm. Where is the cut short here? Many Jannheal customers are aware of her situation and do not make unreasonable demands like this to be fair to everyone. Hope this can shed more light on the truth ☺️
